Legend - Animate Text in Video & GIF App Reviews

App is very buggy. GIF export does not export GIFs. Customization options are pretty limited: choose an animation and color palette. Not as powerful as I would like. Plus the exports are only in square format.

This is not the ground-breaking, gold-medal, kiss a baby, call a preacher home-run of an app that the developers so hyperbolically advertise, it is merely some moving text over an image. Stunningly limited in what one can actually adjust and modify, Legend is (at least for the time-being) a very hobbled one-trick pony.

Theres nothing like this app. However lets say you post on Instagram. The starting image is blank... No ones gonna click on that. You should be able to edit the thumbnail.

I loved this app all the time but, please fix all these crash bugs

I actually like the app a lot but with my creative mind i am hoping for a major update with more options and colors and animation choices. Bare bones right now with good potential to be a five star app but hurry or the competition will come along and crush ya;)

Whenever I need to do an announcement in a group chat, Legend is the way to go!! This app is one of a kind, and Ive seen nothing like this!

Gif does not save to photos on iPhone 4s

This is such a great app. At first it was a bit tricky to handle, if you want to save a gif to camera roll, text the URL to yourself and save that, it you send the actual GIF to yourself, it turns out Laggy.

I love how intuitive this is - keep up the good work.

Pretty cool but keeps saying gifs are to large to actually upload it anywhere

Quick, convenient way to create text animations for video. I dont understand the purpose of the GIF feature, but the rest is very intuitive. The variety of animations suits my purposes well. Well done.

Its soo nice except for the fact that when you add letters to a trimmed video it blows up your picture size

There are so many ways to use this app for sm! Its amazing! I love it! It has allowed me to create unique content fast! It can only get better!

When I read the description and saw you could choose a picture and crop, I didnt realize it meant that it will automatically make photos and videos square. This app is kind of useless to me now. Not even Instagram is restricted to square pictures and video. If theres an update for horizontal video, I will definitely change to 5 stars.

This is a good app but I think it could use more fonts and text. My widescreen videos get cropped into square ones and I hate that

Unbelievable. This is an awesome app if you like to use quotes on pictures for Instagram or any sort of other platform. I would definitely pay more money if they had more selections for this and that is saying a lot.

I will love to be able to put the titles anywhere in a picture, sometimes I cant use the titles with a pic in the back because the title lay over a face or somewhere I dont like, I think it will be much better if we can put the title were we want on a pic

I was hoping I could use this app for another app. Sadly that was not the case. This app is alright if you only wanna use for Instagram.

If this app would stop crashing, If I could MMS the GiFs I create on this app and have them work as intended this would be 5

Great app but having trouble integrating my vids to Instagram.
